I asked about the Mixtes earlier and they don't qualify as a step thru for the upcoming build. The top bar needs to be more than halfway down the seat tube. I was going to consider this frame but it's now a gravel bike:

Refinishing this is planned for my toddler so maybe tiny stepthru build.

The parts bike that’s really nice and I’m struggling to part out. Could just be a nice rider again.
