Swap meet ID prewar help please

Picked up this women's prewar parts bike and have no idea what it is.













Also picked up this DX frame Spitfire badged, best I could tell its a 53 as the serial number A2xxxx is on the dropout.

Don't have a clue on the girl's but I love that chain ring. It's nearly identical to a prewar Schwinn 52T only yours is a skip tooth. Tyler will be after it.
The DX looks like a solid ride. You could go many different ways fixing that one up. Nice finds. Gary

The women's has a serial on the bottom bracket M245372. I've found some prewar schwinns that have some similar lines, neck and fenders. As far as I can tell the chain guard is a period aftermarket.
