Made some dropouts today and found a perfect premade welding jig in the spare parts cabnet. Going to try and weld to the fairly thin fork tubes tonight..fingers crossed.

Got the welding done took about 45 min and no burn throughs! It's on its wheels!

Worked on a seat backbone this afternoon got the seat from Markm who got it from Kota just going to use the leather may lower it a bit from what you see here.

No I live in a small town between Denver and Colorado Springs, I did do the Urban Assault Ride in Denver this year, what a great time that was.

Got the seat mounting hardware pretty much done just gotta weld the spring perches to the frame.

Got the bars and controls on, painted need to clean up the brake lever body and paint it.
