When I first read about it in a novel, I knew going to check it out someday was not merely optional. I read Stephen King's works voraciously as a youngster with no teevee in the house. One of these days, I'm going up for an event or at least one of the tours.

That area is so cool. It was our retreat when we were working long hours down in Ft Collins

I got this 53 Roadmaster recently. I always loved these CWC frames with the upswept chain stays and have been on the look out for one for a while with a seller willing to ship downunder. I'll upload some info on the build soon elsewhere on the forum.

Was way more painful to put together than any other bike I have worked on but I took it out for its shakedown ride on Tuesday and after the effort and $$$ I put in, I'm pleased to say it rides really well.

Shot a few video clips and trying to figure out some editing software to edit down and stitch clips. On a couple of the clips there were some ANG F-16s flying over.

Back to the river with a different bike. Getting an early start in an attempt to mitigate the effects of the recent heat and humidity. It worked for the first hour.

Has been winter down under, so I've been spending time on the mountain bike.
But, spring is here, so I dusted off my faithful Redline for some miles in the sun today. Man I love this bike.

Rode my Rockhopper today that I converted to a 1X8 yesterday. The last new bike I’ve bought . When I picked it up , the bike shop guy told me if I raised the bars , I would mess up the geometry of the bike and it wouldn’t be ridable . Hahaha, showed him .

Did some rim swapping and out the red 2.125 tires off this on the spaceliner so I could run these knobbys to go do some gravel and dirt trail riding with my kids today. I miss my klunker

Dug out the mini the other day, made some adjustments. This bike rips! I didn’t even have it broken in before I put it away to ride my cruiser more, but now I love it more than ever, most fun bicycle I’ve ever ridden on.
