Went looking for some dirt trails from my teenage years. Turns out the county expanded the bike trail so I took a 14.3 mile ride on pavement today on the wrong bike

They even blocked off the side trails. They followed the main trail with pavement

LOL . . . West Virginia. This is usually a steamy, muggy time of year for us, but we're having a spell of unseasonably cool weather. TV guys say don't get used to it . . . Summer returns next week.

These are just 16 inch ape hangers off of Amazon. They aren’t bad they have a bit more bend back towards the rider then I like!

I spent the weekend at my summer house, so yesterday it was the summer house cruiser. First to the nearby port for one of the fishmonger's awesome fishcakes




Then to "my" beach for some solitary relaxy-time

Still working out the kinks. Threw on a spare rear wheel. Steel to alloy and 20t down to a 16t. Also swapped out the stem for a 100mm carbon one I had in the parts bin. Much more comfy
