what is your favorite sprocket

Very cool, but where does the ring or the frame break at to be able to install it?

Guessing the break is behind the bearing holder.

Looks to me like the frame has to come apart, the inner ring splits too, you can see the fasteners. But the frame goes thru it, so unless the gear is split, the frame has to come apart.

When is a sprocket not a sprocket? When it is a gear. Trying to wrap my mind around this. 1890 Carroll gear to gear.
