Mexican beef stew! It's on my short list of specialties. My pork chili Verde is on point as well but my standby will always be the traditional Grateful Dead parking lot rice and beans and pico de Gallo KIND VEGGIE BURRITOS..

My wife made us these super salads with chicken and kiwi for lunch today. I was warned by the
doctor that I had to seriously drop 20 pounds for my overall health. Took a year to loose 10 and
I'm getting into better eating and back into exercising. Walking and biking mainly. So while I was
eating this awesome concoction I mixed the green olive with the kiwi and my mouth and eyes went
WWWWOOOOOO!!!!! WHAT WAS THAT???!!!! DO IT AGAIN!!! Anyway, I liked the taste.
