Not much progress on the Path Racer as I have been working on the Art Deco bike trying to get it to the same stage (primed frame) so I can do the painting process on both together, but the new 26 by 1 3/8 rims finally arrived from the UK.

Gotta ask about the lugged green frame with the funky hub, got another CCM in the stash?
That's a 10 speed Raleigh from many be the 1980's I am using for parts.... Three CCM Flytes are hiding in the shed and one frame and fork set still in Canada.

I really enjoy the subdued metallic pallette that the 70s Raleighs and CCMs used. Brown, that one that's slightly more orange than a coppertone, obviously the green one you posted... Really brings me back... Been waiting for the right one for a while. This is the only muscle bike I would consider... Love the frame!

Sorry, waxing nostalgic over here

Are those SA ISO 590 hoops?
Yes to the 590, new Westwood style made in India I expect. I managed to get a 32 and 40 spoke from the same eBay seller which saved heaps on postage to New Zealand.

Watch out for those rims. India - made bike parts have a tendency to almost perfectly copy older bicycle parts, like Brooks\Lepper saddles, or older English\German framesets, but are of such a bad quality, that they can even fall apart after a month.

I have a early road racing bike built of Accles and Pollack from the early 1900`s, possibly pre ww1. I have no idea who built it. I also live in Christchurch and maybe you could provide a contact with deric via a PM. The bare frame weighs just on 5 lb. The top tube and down tube have wall thickness of .5mm, 25swg and the seat tube wall is .6mm 24swg.
