well, thanks everyone :) I have no idea for the shifter handle, so I think it will just be with only handlebar tape (don't know the real word) about the build, final part for the shifter from the drawing to the steel plate welded on the frame * I like it :)

after that we used a copper tube to hide the nexus cable first, we choose the high way : but the shifter did not move enough (about 1 inch max) so we did again by the low way
