Just found this thread. I got the Worksman INB from my local bike co-op. Paid ten bucks for the frame, then got a rear wheel and tire for another 25. The rat trap springer is off an old girls flight liner I have. Cant decide about the front wheel or a seat yet.

Update to my Ind_Chuckz Heavy duty. I had reconfigured it for the klunker build-off and since added back a rear rack.
