Frame has been modified....no doubt about that. Serial # and drop out style makes it a '47. I've seen that type of badge on late 40's and early 50's Huffmans.

Brought these home yesterday......came from different places. '67 is a for sure rat! I just liked the way it looked. The story on the '70 Cotton Picker is it hung in a chicken coupe for 39 years. Looks to have been ridden by a little guy. It's about as complete original.....and rusty as you'd...

.....a friend of mine has a '33 Rollfast, balloon tire, hanging tank bike. I've wanted an early ballooner, hanging tanker ever since. Finally have most of the parts for one. It has metal clad, wood 26'' clincher rims on it. I'm pretty excited about it. Just need to get started on it.

I always thought the same thing also....til I saw this one. This past weekend I had the opportunity to see 2 more Ludwig badged Huffmans. I'm hoping to bring one of them home.
