I could have sworn that I posted this, but I didn't. Big shout out to @ind-chuckz on coming through for me on the missing front drum brake parts!!!!!! If you haven't dealt with Chuck before, he's one of the best sellers on RRB. Prior to the forum upgrade, he had the top feedback spot forever. THANKS CHUCK!!!!

Time to fabricate the clear chainring jewels and replace the green ones. Took out the green on and ground down a reflector. When I cut up the bicentennial thermos, I save the metal threads that the insert screws into because I thought it would make some cool trim for something. This stuff if perfect for to hold the jewels. I still need to tweak it a bit, but it looks like it should work.

Played around with the valve caps. I broke the pins off the backs of the USA 1 doodads and molded them around a valve cap with some FastSteel epoxy.
Also added a clamp on drink holder to go for a little 4th of July bike ride. This will be the first real ride since adding the beehive to the girvin. I added the rocker springs back on too.

Had a great ride today. Shifts great, everything clears the chainguard well, girvin still works great with beehive additions. Beautiful weather, not quite as hot as it has been lately.
KOTA, You're gonna love this post! :)

Can anyone that doesn't live in the South tell me what I brought home with me to eat?
WP_20140704_18_24_27_Pro.jpg

Correct. The proper pronunciation is Bald Peanuts.
There was a guy with a big basket on his bike and a Peanut Man sign. I ate all of these wet goobers in one sitting.

A while back one of Queenfish's water cans rusted out and I saved the spout because it reminded me of a pancake horn. I have an idea in my head of making it into a pancake horn with this electric horn. The pattern that I am thinking of cutting out of it would be similar to the starsNbars shield on the seat.
