Tinkered around a little bit in the shop and found that the twin tube shifter mountes perfectly on the lower twins.

Then I disassembled the springer and I am positive I can make this part work.

I mounted one of the Fat Franks on the rear blue Felt rim.

Then I brought out the tie wraps and made a rolling mock up, with a chainguard, seat and bars thrown in.

Okay after the second batch of tinkering, I think I deserve a break. The weather is awesome outside and I think it is time to take my Nirve Cannibal out for a ride. Now where is that green body suit at???????????

Thanks Tank, I am really excited about this build. What do you think about the Fat Franks or Thick Bricks choice? I really lile the blue Felt rims, so right now I am leaning to the Franks. You can see, I don't gain that much more fat coolness from the Bricks.

Another reason I like the rims is the front hub.

As you can see from the photos, I think I have it figured out the rear suspension using a basic front springer assembly.
I have one, but it means cannibalizing the only springer fork I have.

I see that I can order these new, but they are $26 shipped, which seems a bit pricey to me.
