If you raise the back end of the saddle to level, it might help push him towards the handlebars, if his 'size ' is an issue.

I did this today, he enjoys riding it and doesn’t want it changed but man it doesn’t look comfortable

Got the chaingaurd trimmed and bolted on. It’s ready for him too cruise around! (Well after I remove that plastic ) See if he wants any changes after spending some time with it

For those that remember the saga of my twins, my old monark klunker that I was trying to sell got converted to a banana seat bike tonight instead because his brother has one.
