Awesome job on that wheel! As usual.
Thanks Chad!Awesome job on that wheel! As usual.
Man alot going on here, just trying to catch up, the wheels are looking real good..
Wheel .......
Lets just say I need some new wiper blades...Scraping ice is the worst Luke. Did you actually have an ice scraper?
...and we are reminded that this is actually your "winter build"....haha!
Wow, you're not kidding.
Except he is not in Australia, because in Australia you are required to wear a helmet...
Luke.
Interesting! I didn't know this: "Australia was the first country to make wearing bicycle helmets mandatory."
Yeah, I would prefer it was limited to children and when adults are riding on the road, I don't see a need for slow cruising in a park to require a helmet, but that is the law...If I was forced by someone to wear a helmet just to ride a bicycle, I would never ride a bicycle again.
Sorry about the wind noise, no way to avoid it at the moment...
Luke.
Think I will have to make one of them Glen! Thanks for the link! You need a fluffy. That's what they call the windshield cover that goes over shotgun microphones when filming on location...
So you need some kind of wind suppressor on your camera's microphone. Do a search for "camera wind noise reduction" or something like that and you will find many ideas, but mostly, people seem to use sponge… like a dishwash sponge. Here is a link to one idea…

It might help with your video sound quality if it concerns you.
Glen.
Stay tuned! The front wheel turned out great!!!
It's a shame the cold weather is holding you up. We are all anxiously waiting for the frame to start, because that would mean that the wicked fork will follow.
