Had a hard time keeping up with Garret the other morning.... his just to fast!






Cutting through the alley












In case your wondering about pics of my 12 year old son, he rides to school earlier with a friend... need to get some pics of them riding.

Left work at 6pm right when we were suppose to get a sever thunderstorm. Fortunately the storm never really happened.
Some thunder and lighting and light rain but made it home safe.

Neat seeing you riding alongside/under the el (is that what you call it?). It's foreign to me so I find it interesting.
You're setting such a great example using the bikes as everyday transportation. I hope your kids continue when they are older.

Your lucky it hit hard here south west of ya bout the same time. Tornado sirens went off 5 times. Large branches power lines and fence panels down. Keep up the pics

Your pics make me want to move to Chicago!

I don't dare ride around Detroit like that....police services are so broken down that it is nearly impossible to feel safe in a car much less on a bike.

Crazy summer weather here so far this year... Close to 90
Monday, then cold front came in last night foggy and 50s at 9am this morning

We've had some crazy weather too but it has been improving a bit (fingers crossed)

One Bummer is because of the strike in September my kids are still in school through Monday June 24th :shock: :?
Longest week of June ever for the boys :?



The Fog pics were taking at 9 AM today


Same spot coming home at 6:30 PM








If the crazy weather continues this summer I just might have to got a fog lamp and fog horn. :mrgreen: :wink:

Finally Chicago Public School had its last day on Monday the 24th

Sunday night under the El... One of those round lights is the fullmoon

Middle of Lake Shore Drive

Stopped and had a great coffee at Heritage bicycles

To much coffee one day at work had to stop at the beach house

Just some more random stuff from the last week or so.

Working on bikes by the pool.

Been cold 60s and wet here for days... Today July 4th I worked 6am-2pm
At 5:30 this morning you could tell the weather made a change for the better.

This across the street from work.

Also got a new build just about started this week :wink:
