Went 6 tenths farther and all most a whole mile
a hour faster!

The tailwind didn't hurt but 6 mph didn't help to much.

This was all on my single speed Monark.

I will see what I can do with my nexus hub Schwinn soon!

My 12 year old son crashed his bike on the way to school this morning.
He clipped a curb and a chainlink fence caught his fall.

Good news no serious injuries.... Did give him quite a scare

He's healing... Going to turn some funny colors the next few days.

Taber took the day off from riding today...going to rain all day tomorrow.

Might get back on the bike Friday.

I like the chainring shadow shot a lot (+ it's an action shot )

That's a groovy truck
this is an awesome shot (reflections, brick, vines, blue sky and of course a cool bike)

17 mph average is awesome!! What gearing to do have?
Makes me want to try my Garmin and record mine again :wink:

I think the Monark is geared with a 52t-22t I will take a look.
