That is the Binford Bike it was made for the Home Improvement TV show back in the 90's. One of those bikes is in the show. Kind of a cool rare but not sought after 90's repop. Matt

That look like a 66 Schwinn panther based on the chrome Guard and the slim line tank tabs under the top bar. I would guess the serial number has a second letter that is a B.

From what I remember reading on the old Schwinn page in early 66 which the A means January the B(66) was not stamped. So I would say it is a January of 66. Nice find. What are your plans for it? If it is for sale let me know. Thanks

Nice grab. Be sure to swap out the pedals before you sell as those are the white reflector ones that were only available for about 5 or 6 months in 71. Should be worth between $40 and $100 by themselves.

Great finds. It pays to be known as the bike kid in school. I have gotten some cool bikes over the years from my teachers including a Schwinn Town and Country Tandem with a Schwinn front drum, along with lots of other cool bikes.

The seat and sissy bar look like an older Schwinn Accessory seat from the late 60's. A pic of the stingray seat pan or the seat tag would confirm this. The sissy bar is defiantly a period replacement. Should have a slider bar. Nice bike. Thanks, Matt
