They're all great, but I think, for a mid-century vibe, you can't go wrong with pink and black, canary yellow and black, or turquoise and black. Great work so far.

Now the glue needs some time to dry and I need to buy small nails to attach the cardboard onto the back...
Nothing says vintage/classic to me like baby blue and antique white…Regarding the colour: it won't stay green, that is already clear. At the moment I'm looking for inspiration in the interwebs...

I wonder if we manage to eat up all the marmelade we produce from our garden until next summer...
At the moment we are cooking almost every second or third evening a batch like this and are running out of storage space already. But I must say it's so much better than the stuff you buy in the store!
But at least I managed to buy some supplies to finish up the trunk and sunday or monday we will be heading to the campground, so the trike will make serious progress then!
