I think it's an illusion caused by the bodywork. The crank/wheel distance looks pretty typical if you ignore the rest of the bike

Could be. The body doesn't help any either. Looks like a 16" frame with the back tire barely fitting in there and a 20" fork. Still cool looking regardless.

Riding a la z boy,steering a ladder?
I don't think I'd pay $20 for that experience,but that's just me.
I also kinda like being able to not put my feet down as soon as I want to slow down.
