That trike axle is pretty cool. I cant help but think it would look awesome to mount a finned aluminum cover to the back of it like a quick change rear end.

Got a little more done. Decided to switch head tubes. 2 reasons. The Shelby has large holes where the lugs came through head tube, and went with a girls head tube so i didn't have to trim the steer tube on the forks

I have a couple days of progress in, I will split them by day.
The rear triangle was all sorts of tweaked, from the original damage, and my re-shaping. I tacked some plates on the drop outs to hold their shape. Tacked some broken braze spots
Got it as square as I could and put it back in the jig
Thinking of adding a little shelby inspired wishbone frame
Like my safe-t bike
Got my doner bb ready, the shelby bb had lugs in it as well

My last couple full customs were 5" axle to axle, pushing over 6" on this one!

Lots of progress today. The wife was out with friends for her birthday so I was in the shop!
Did some notching on tube I already had bent
Got my bottom bar tacked in place
Bent my top tube and set it up to start getting my angels for notching it
