There comeing up the street there's 5 13 year old boys with puke and snot all over the front of there school uniform asked what happened and they all looked at me and said we had to get it out. Ingolajr looked at me and smiled " I puked last"

I started seasoning a rib roast for Christmas dinner.
Fat trimmed, Bones off, and everything well salted.
My wife is cutting fresh rosemary.
Thyme, rosemary, basil, sage, and pepper. Now to pat this all on and wrap with paper and into the spare fridge for a few more days to age and dry.
Then into the smoker.

Just a couple of leg quarters in the air fryer. The sauce is regular chik fil a with chipotle tabasco added.
We don’t have a Chic-fil-a here. No idea about their sauce. We do have Cane’s and El Pollo Loco, but I don’t eat there.

The smoker, firing up with chimney and torch. 3/4 bag of kingsford and some mesquite chips for more smokey western goodness.

Meat and bones, need garlic butter spread.
The slather of butter, garlic, cayanne, and cracked pepper.
Bones on the bottom.
Meat on top.
And we are smokin’ !
Since I separated the meat and bones I think this will only have to go for about 4 1/2 hours, then rest.
